DIRECTIONS

• Follow Route 128 to exit 19 in Beverly
• Proceed straight ahead from the exit approximately
  one half mile to traffic lights
• Turn left onto Herrick Street, and proceed to the
  Hospital entrance, one eighth of a mile on your right

FROM THE NORTH

• Take Route 93 South to Route 128 North in Woburn (exit 37A)
  or Routes 95 or 1 South to Route 128 North (exit 30B) in Peabody
• Follow Route 128 to exit 19 in Beverly
• Proceed straight ahead from the exit approximately
  one half mile to traffic lights
• Turn left onto Herrick Street, and proceed to the
  Hospital entrance, one eighth of a mile on your right
