SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Office hours are by appointment only.

Our appointment times are generally between 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Some offices have somewhat earlier appointment times as well. To provide continuity of care, we will try to schedule you with your regular physician. For long term problems, we encourage you to see the doctor with whom you are most comfortable. There is no substitute for a good patient-doctor relationship.

If you must cancel, please give at least 24-hours notice so that we may offer your time to another patient. In the event that proper notice is not given, we do charge a $25.00 fee.

EMERGENCIES
During normal business hours, please call your regular office and we will have your call triaged by a nurse and get you seen as soon as possible. During off hours, you will get our answering service and they will forward your call to your doctor during the week and the doctor on call on the weekend.
