I have a spot on my skin that does not seem to be going away and I am getting worried about it. Should I have it checked?
Yes. If you have any type of lesion that you are concerned about that seems to be changing or not healing, you should make an appointment with a dermatologist to have it checked. ( BACK TO TOP)

I have a problem with my skin that I want to have checked. Can you recommend a good dermatologist in my area?
Please go to the American Academy of Dermatology website for a listing of Board Certified Dermatologists throughout the country. ( BACK TO TOP)

I want to make an appointment. Can you get back to me?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, our appointments cannot be made over the Internet. Please go to our locations section for the office most convenient for you and give them a call. Our Medical Secretaries will be happy to help you. ( BACK TO TOP)

Do you have any job openings?
We may, please go to our employment section for all of our current employment opportunities. ( BACK TO TOP)

Do insurance companies pay for procedures like Laser Hair Removal and Liposuction?
No. Insurance companies only pay for services that are considered medically necessary. ( BACK TO TOP)

Do you have discounted pricing if liposuction is performed on more than one area?
Yes, although more than one area generally cannot be done on the same day, the doctors can reduce the price because the costs associated with pre-op tests, visits and other supplies can be consolidated. ( BACK TO TOP)

Do you have payment plans or financing for cosmetic procedures?
Yes we do have financing available through a company called Cosmetic Fee Plan. We also accept Visa and MasterCard; however, we do not have internal payment plans. ( BACK TO TOP)

I am very overweight, but would like to have liposuction to get me started on a healthier lifestyle. Can you help?
Liposuction is not a cure for obesity. It is like targeting the affects of dieting to a specific area of the body that is genetically predisposed not to respond to diet and exercise. The average amount of fat removed during liposuction is only about 3-6 pounds. The best candidates for liposuction are within 30 pounds of their ideal body weight. Our physicians recommend that prospective patients try to get into that weight range before seriously considering liposuction. ( BACK TO TOP)

Can liposuction be performed on patients with chronic illnesses such as autoimmune diseases, Diabetes or Epilepsy?
It is best to be in optimal health. Our physicians generally would not perform liposuction on a person with a serious chronic illness. Although an Autoimmune condition such as Arthritis would not be a problem. ( BACK TO TOP)

Is there a laser that can treat Chicken Pox scars?
Yes, the CO2 Resurfacing Laser that is used to treat deep wrinkles and acne scars also treats chicken pox scars. ( BACK TO TOP)

I am writing a paper on Skin Cancer. Can you provide me with more information?
We recommend that you go to the American Academy of Dermatology or Skin Cancer Foundation websites.
